Faulty/Defective product returns:
In the slight chance you receive a faulty product simply tell us what was wrong along with some photos. We offer a 30 day full money back guarantee once we have verified your claim.
Unwanted or Unsuitable Products:
In the slight chance you change your mind after receiving the product, please inform us within 14 days of purchase. Upon return, please ensure that any returned units are in the unopened original condition, carefully packaged and that an appropriate shipping provider is used.
If the product(s) have been opened and/or used, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied.
For hygienic reasons, disposable & perishable products cannot be returned.
